Register your team or yourself

Teams can register up to 10 players. Solo players can register too, with placement subject to availability.

Compete in the knockout groups

12 teams are split into two groups of six. Teams battle through their group's knockout bracket.

Every game is 25 minutes

Short, high-energy matches keep the competition moving and the excitement building.

Play for the final trophy

The winner of each group advances to the grand final to compete for the ScoutMate Community Cup.

Format note: Knockout brackets for six teams per group will require first-round byes for some teams. Final fixtures and rules will be shared with registered players.

When and where is the cup?

The event is planned for Saturday, 17 October 2026 in Manchester. The venue and exact schedule will be shared once confirmed.

Can I register without a full team?

Yes. Individual registrations are welcome. Team placement will depend on availability and will be confirmed by the organisers.

How many players can be on a team?

Each team can register up to 10 players. The tournament's match-day playing rules will be provided to registered teams.

How does the tournament work?

There will be 12 teams divided into two groups of six. Each group will play a knockout bracket, with the two group winners meeting in the final. Each match is planned to last 25 minutes.

Will there be entertainment?

Yes. Music, performances and other activities are planned between games, so there will be more to enjoy throughout the day.

Which charity is the event supporting?

The event is supporting Wood Street Mission. The organisers will publish the confirmed donation arrangement and fundraising outcome.

How do I pay?
